I feel quite overwhelmed by traffic noise where I live, but manage by getting out of town in the the countryside to walk off my arthritis. So, not being able to during the initial restrictions was hard.  When the rules loosened, I set about walking the Jurassic way in short stages, experiencing the familiar county from a slightly different perspective and setting a challenge of sorts. I was seeing a lot of willow along the Welland Valley and on alongside the Grand Union Canal and I had a dragonfly accompany me some of the way through Fineshade Woods,  so on one of my rest days this piece started to form.
