Middleton Cheney is one of the largest villages in south Northamptonshire and is perfectly located just off the A422 between Banbury and Brackley, within easy reach of the Cotswolds and Stratford-on-Avon. As well as the Heseltine Gallery, Middleton Cheney has a good choice of local shops and cafes, and is also the only place in south Northamptonshire with a purpose-built, public art gallery.

In addition, the wider area around nearby Banbury and Brackley has a wealth of attractions making this the ideal choice for a relaxing day out. There are four National Trust properties nearby - Canons Ashby, Farnborough Hall, Stowe and Upton House - as well as beautiful Evenley Wood Garden, Sulgrave Manor, Rousham House and Gardens, Banbury Museum, Broughton Castle and of course, the world-renowned racing circuit at Silverstone.
