The three paintings I have decided to show were all done in July and August 2020. I sometimes have a mad passion to paint and then don’t go near a canvas for a couple of years (or even longer). I have had no lock-down! Easter Monday is the only day I've had off since last Christmas, so the paintings were all done on the weekend.
The other painting is of Andy Warhol and is titled “Drella Warhola” The title comes from the nick-name Andy gave himself, Drella, a corruption of Dracula and Cinderella, and Warhola was his birth surname before he dropped the ‘a’ sometime in the fifties.
